Winds of Change
Friends,
It is with an equally heavy and hopeful heart that we write these words. After five years, eight releases, and more shows and good times than the four of us can remember, Krang has decided the time has come for us to retire.
First and foremost, THANK YOU ALL for the love and acceptance that you have poured out on us from our very first moments. You made us strong, and you made us proud of who we are and where we came from and none of us will ever forget it. We think of all of you as our friends. And we could not ask for better friends.
Life has interceded and the time has come for us to move on. We started this journey as friends and partners, and it is in this spirit that we bring it to a close.
We leave with you a parting gift: In the fall of 2012 we recorded what was to be a double album with our good pal Renny Wilson over an unforgettable weekend at Riverdale Recorders here in Edmonton. Today we are making available for download Part B, which has never been available to anyone until now. With your generous donation we hope to finish the vinyl release of part A within weeks, making 150 copies of our magnum opus "Prairie Tragedy" available for purchase on vinyl at our final show. Details will be available soon.
We will miss you all. Keep fighting the good fight, and as HST said, don’t let the bastards get you down.
